Vitality Integrated Programs (VIP) is unique in that it offers (4) four fully-accredited Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC). This esteemed designation sets Vitality Integrated Programs apart from any other Behavioral Health Organization in Nevada in that we provide 10 specialty core services, with an emphasis on 24-hour crisis care, utilization of evidence-based practices, patient centered, family centered, trauma focused, care coordination, and integration with physical health care. This is a one-stop-shop experience!
ADULT & ADOLESCENT INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT (IOP)
Counseling and other services for those with alcohol and other drug problems
At our facilities, your treatment plan for behavioral health issues will address your alcohol, opioid, and other drug use problems and mental health issues, and set you firmly on the path to a healthy recovery.
The client’s schedule includes approximately 53 hours per week of group and individual sessions intensely focused on the recovery process. Length of stay is determined by individual treatment plans. The program is licensed in Nevada by the Nevada Health Division, accredited by the Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Agency (SAPTA), and all clinical staff is appropriately licensed and/or certified.

Providing linkage to care is easy when you refer to Vitality Integrated Programs (VIP). We offer clinical, outpatient, and inpatient services as well as connections to transitional housing. Vitality Integrated Programs, complete behavioral health provides a continuum of behavioral health services, cradle to grave. Our services address substance use disorders, mental health disorders, medication assisted therapy, medication management, and primary care and family medicine. Our teams at Vitality Unlimited’s Vitality Integrated Programs Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) offer immediate support for the entire community, consumer or not, experiencing a mental, behavioral health or substance use crisis. Vitality Unlimited is contracted with the Crisis Call Center of Nevada who monitors our phones after regular business hours and can connect you to a member of our teams, 24/7/365.

ELKO
In the Elko area, crisis callers are encouraged to come into our CCBHC for help. If that is not possible, we will stay on the phone with the caller to ascertain the level of services they need. Our staff pays close attention to the needs of the consumer through their emotions, behavior, and language. If necessary, we will go out into the field to meet the consumer who is in crisis. If the person in crisis needs a higher level of care than we can provide, we will call 911 dispatch. All crisis callers are contacted by Vitality staff within 24-hours for follow up.

RENO
The Reno CCBHC encourages individuals in crisis to come to the CCBHC office during business hours when possible. Individuals in crisis will be seen on a same day basis.
We also have an afterhours crisis line (775) 322-3668 available 24/7. If necessary, we will go out into the field to meet the consumer who is in crisis. Additionally, we utilize the Washoe County MOST team (Mobile Outreach Safety Team), should a crisis escalate to a level needing hospitalization or other intervention. All crisis callers are contacted by Vitality staff within 24-hours of a crisis appointment for follow-up.

CARSON CITY and DAYTON
The Carson City and Dayton providers encourage individuals in crisis to come to the CCBHC facilities during business hours when possible. If necessary, we will go out into the field to meet the consumer who is in crisis.

Crisis Services and Disruptive Event Management: Events such as workplace violence and natural disasters have the potential to overwhelm employees and their families. Accidents, the unexpected death of a co-worker, even a robbery can be highly disruptive and interfere with your organization’s current and future productivity. Regardless of the event, your employees need immediate support and guidance.

TELEHEALTH TELETHERAPY SERVICES
Vitality’s Telehealth Services have been one of the most important developments to positively address healthcare workforce issues in our rural and frontier areas like Elko, Carson and Lyon County.
Consumers here have received healthcare & behavioral healthcare, including specialty care, here locally, reducing the need to travel long distances to receive quality care.
With telehealth technology, we as providers work with specialists to provide individual targeted care. Telehealth has enhanced the quality of care, improved health outcomes, and reduced healthcare costs in areas like ours.
With the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, telemed/telehealth has provided an additional delivery service method for individuals that cannot be served face-to-face.
