Affordable Housing
Vitality Unlimited Housing Opportunities
- Senior assisted affordable housing at Winchester Senior Apartments, Elko.
- Affordable housing consists of single bedroom units at High Desert Apartments.
- Continuum of Care Apartments are available in Elko. They are single-bedroom units with some furnishings included. These are assisted affordable units.
- Multi-family units are available in Wells at Chimney Rock which consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
- Other: We also have two- and three-bedroom modular homes in an established neighborhood in Elko. These two homes are considered affordable properties.
- A completed application is required for all housing.
