VITALITY UNLIMITED PROGRAMS

Vitality Unlimited is a non-profit, federally recognized, 501(c)(3) corporation with a long, successful history of providing community services, affordable housing, high-quality substance use disorder treatment, and access to behavioral health services. Our successful record of accomplishment is due to the hard work and expertise of our staff and the guidance of our Board of Directors.

What started in 1971 as a one-person, remote, outpatient substance abuse treatment office in Elko has become a social safety net servicing the residents of the state of Nevada. The Vitality Integrated Programs organizational umbrella reflects the broadened scope of our nonprofit community service agency.

In 2017, we were one of the first to add the innovative new Behavioral Health model and expand our company and services to offer Vitality Integrated Programs (VIP). The model is called Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs). Since opening our first CCBHC in Elko, Nevada, and due to its success in community-based services, we have opened three more CCBHCs in Carson City, Dayton, and Reno, Nevada.

With this as a foundation, Vitality Integrated Programs added to our continuum of care for substance abuse and mental health clients to include bilingual services, pet therapy, and transitional and low-income affordable housing for families, seniors, and homeless veterans. We recognize that success must be earned through innovation, hard work, responsiveness to client and employee needs, and integrity in all business practices.

Who We Are

Vitality Unlimited’s mission is to instill hope, restore wellness and improve the quality of life for those we serve through compassionate behavioral healthcare, housing and community service. What started in 1971 as a one-person remote outpatient office in Elko, Nevada, has now become a social safety net for all of Nevada. Vitality Unlimited recognizes that success must be earned through innovation, hard work, responsiveness to individual needs and integrity in all business practices.

Long ago, Vitality Unlimited began to weave into the threads of our culture, an integrated network of co-occurring treatment services with clinical and non-clinical modalities, designed so that an individual’s changing needs are met as they move through the treatment and recovery process. Vitality Unlimited added to our continuum of care for substance abuse and mental health clients, bilingual services, pet therapy, medication assisted therapy, transitional and affordable housing for families, seniors and homeless veterans. Our service locations and providers are licensed or certified by the State of Nevada and our housing programs are joint efforts with the State of Nevada, the Veterans Administration and Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). As new ideas emerge in treating others with multiple challenges, Vitality Unlimited commits to the enhancement of service levels to meet the unique and growing needs of our population. We are the future of care, here to provide you with those services today.
