Mental Health Services
Vitality Center coordinates care for people with mental health and substance abuse issues and facilitates case management for dual diagnosis clients.
Intervention
Help for someone who needs to recognize and address his or her alcohol and/or other drug problems.
Vitality Center's professional counselors can train families to skillfully confront an addicted family member or significant other so that he or she will begin alcohol and/or other drug treatment. This highly successful service is also available to employers, physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other groups and organizations.
Detoxification
Help for those who are intoxicated or in withdrawal.
Vitality Center has detoxification services at its headquarters in Elko, Nevada, for clients who are intoxicated and/or suffering the effects of mood-altering chemicals. Referrals and admissions may be made at any time of the day or night. Following a careful, individualized treatment plan, Vitality Center's professional staff helps clients withdraw from mood-altering chemicals in a protected environment with medical supervision. During the detoxification process, Vitality Center personnel offer each client encouragement, education, and support to help motivate him or her to begin recovery efforts.
Outpatient Counseling

One-on-one sessions with a counselor to help patients recover from alcohol and/or other drug problems.
Outpatient individual counseling services for adults or adolescents 12 years or older (ASAM Level I) offers specialized services on a scheduled basis for individuals with alcohol and other drug abuse problems. Admission criteria include the existence of substance related problems, including emotional/behavioral conditions and complications. To avoid relapse/continued use, the client must seek treatment in a supportive recovery environment. More >>
• Group Therapy
Counselor-led group sessions to help patients recover from alcohol and/or other drug problems.
Outpatient group therapy for adults or adolescents 12 years or older (ASAM Level I) is offered on a non-residential, scheduled basis for individuals with alcohol and other drug abuse problems. The program provides professionally directed evaluation, group therapy, process groups, education, skill building, case management, and individual counseling. More >>
