Services Overview
Headquartered in Elko, Nevada, Vitality Unlimited is a multi-dimensional, non-profit community services agency that provides: substance abuse treatment and prevention – Vitality Center; affordable housing programs – Vitality Living; and other supportive services that improve the lives of individuals in Nevada and beyond – Vitality Outreach.
In operation since 1971, Vitality Unlimited is one of Nevada’s primary providers of highly effective, state-of-the-art alcohol and other drug abuse education, intervention, detoxification, counseling, treatment and aftercare services which improve the quality of life for Nevadans and others. The Vitality Unlimited client base draws from every social and economic stratum in every part of Nevada and surrounding states, including California, Oregon, Utah, Arizona and New Mexico.
Services include:
• Substance abuse treatment services
• Mental health services
• Family counseling services
• Employee assistance counseling
• Detoxification services
• DUI assessments
• Drug testing services
• Multi-family low-income housing
• Transitional housing for those in recovery
• Affordable housing for seniors and disabled persons
• Home weatherization/rehabilitation services to Nevadans in
Northeastern and North Central Nevada.
