• Certified by the Nevada Substance Abuse and Prevention Agency    (SAPTA)

• Nevada Secretary of State designation as a Corporation in Good Standing

• Substance Abuse Professional Evaluations, meeting DOT standards

• Federally designated collection site for Department of Transportation (DOT), including Federal Aviation      Administration, and Federal Parole and Probation

• Licensure as a Facility for the Treatment of Abuse of Alcohol or Drugs

• Employee Assistance Provider (EAP) with professionals certified through the Employee Assistance Certification Commission, EAP Association

• Designation as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) through the Home Program, Nevada Housing Division

• Certified collection site for evidential alcohol breath tests (Elko)

• SAPTA-Approved Evaluation Center

• Counselors are Certified or Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors (LADC), and many hold additional certifications
